DoNotAge leans harder into the core aging pathways. The SIRT6 Activator is unique to their formulation and unavailable elsewhere. TMG solves the methylation depletion problem that standalone NMN creates. Nitralis addresses vascular delivery. CoQ10 targets mitochondrial function directly.

NOVOS Core runs roughly $79 to $99 per month depending on subscription tier. DoNotAge is $203 per month. DoNotAge is about double the price.

Both companies reference clinical research for their individual ingredients. Neither has published a full randomized controlled trial on their specific combined formulation. DoNotAge has a clinical trial showing a 76% NAD+ increase with their sachet. NOVOS has published research showing their formulation reduced biological age by an average of 1.26 years in an observational study.

I give a slight edge to NOVOS on published biological age data and a slight edge to DoNotAge on NAD+ specific data. Both are better than most supplement companies, who have zero clinical evidence of any kind.

Which longevity sachet should you buy?

If budget is the primary constraint, NOVOS at $99 is more accessible and still covers the main longevity pathways. The ingredient selection is thoughtful.

If you want the most comprehensive hallmark coverage in a single product and you're comfortable at $203/month, DoNotAge gives you compounds (SIRT6 Activator, Nitralis, spermidine, TMG paired with NMN) that NOVOS doesn't match. The TMG inclusion alone makes the NMN in the DoNotAge sachet more effective than standalone NMN in the NOVOS sachet, because it prevents methylation depletion.

I went with DoNotAge. The formulation logic convinced me more than the ingredient count. Having TMG and Ca-AKG alongside NMN isn't a marketing bullet point. It's a biochemical necessity.
